Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty drinks

• Provide excellent and consistent service to every guest

• Contribute ideas for creative and seasonal beverage menus

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee bar and equipment

• Engage with customers to create a positive and memorable experience

• Support daily cafe operations, including cashier and cleaning duties

• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and ordering

• Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver outstanding service

Requirements

• Previous experience in coffee or F&B service preferred, but training is provided for the right candidate

• Passion for coffee, drinks, and genuine hospitality

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Positive, energetic attitude and attention to detail

• Team player, willing to learn and help wherever needed

• Must have full working rights in Hong Kong
