Unity Partners has been engaged by an AI firm who are a technology-focused organisation building systems that help teams run operations more efficiently. We’re looking for an improvement-minded engineer who can connect day-to-day execution with measurable performance gains across both functional and technical areas.

The role

As anAnonymous Process Optimisation Engineer , you will take ownership of drivingtime and financial efficiencies by mapping current processes, analysing operational data, and implementingoptimised workflows ,SOPs , andoperational playbooks . You’ll also support root cause analysis for operational issues and put preventative actions in place, using clearprocess KPIs and consistent measurement.

The requirements

  • Experience inprocess engineering ,operations improvement (functional and technical), orindustrial engineering
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort working withmetrics andmeasurement (e.g., cycle time, throughput, defect rates, SLA adherence)
  • Proven ability to runprocess mapping and deliver improvement initiatives
  • Ability to translate process designs into practicalSOPs andtraining materials
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such asLean ,Six Sigma ,Kaizen (or similar)
  • Ability to build and refine processKPIs , ensuring measurement consistency and data quality
  • Experience supportingroot cause analysis and developingpreventative actions
  • Strong documentation discipline: maintain an operationalknowledge base for best practices
  • (Desirable) Exposure toworkflow automation ,data pipelines , or business process tooling
  • (Desirable) Understanding of operations in tech-enabled services such asSaaS ,logistics , orsupport operations
  • (Desirable) Familiarity with risk/quality frameworks relevant to operations
