Job Summary

Support the sales team by accurately processing orders, preparing sales documents, maintaining contract data, and generating reports to ensure efficient sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders accurately to ensure timely and error-free order fulfillment
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents to support sales transactions
• Maintain and update sales contract data including terms, pricing, expiry, and renewals for accurate record-keeping
• Ensure all sales and contract data entered into the system is accurate and up to date
• Generate simple sales and contract reports to provide insights for sales management
• Liaise with internal teams to coordinate and resolve issues for smooth order processing
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team to enhance operational efficiency
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support sales functions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Business or related field
• 1–4 years’ experience in sales administration or order processing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to manage sales data effectively
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in sales documentation and data entry
• Ability to multitask and work independently to meet deadlines and support team needs
