EVENT MANAGEMENT INTERN | The Alley Singapore

Love planning events, creating fun experiences, and making things happen?

The Alley is looking for a creative & energetic Event Management Intern to join our team! If you’re the type of person who gets excited about events, loves coming up with ideas, and enjoys working behind the scenes to make things happen — we want you!

What You’ll Do

• Help plan and organise exciting events & brand activations
• Support event setup, coordination & on-ground execution
• Work with vendors, partners & different teams
• Bring fresh and creative event ideas to the table
• Support event promotions & social media content
• Help with event proposals, schedules, logistics & reports
• Jump in wherever needed to make the event a success!

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
• Creative, proactive & full of ideas
• Organised and good at multitasking
• Confident communicator and a team player
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
• Not afraid to get hands-on and make things happen!
• Previous event or marketing experience is a bonus
