Working together with the team to provide professional services on corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of clients, including incorporating and managing corporate structures.
1. Managing the day-to-day operations of private companies registered in your portfolio.
2. Ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards for each entity.
3. Maintaining accurate corporate records and documentation. Prepare and review legal documents, such as articles of incorporation, bylaws, and shareholder agreements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
4. Facilitating clear and timely communication between clients and relevant government authorities.
5. Providing comprehensive details and clear updates to clients regarding their corporate affairs.
6. Coordinating with legal advisors and accountants for necessary support.
7. Handling financial transactions / reviewing of client debts and overseeing banking activities as advised to you by the finance team.
8. Providing administrative support to clients and colleagues upon their request..
9. Assisting with the incorporation process and drafting of legal documents with the assistance of inhouse legal team / third parties.
10. Assist with the filing of documents in VIRRGIN, where required
11. Conducting due diligence checks on clients and each entity to ensure entities remain in a compliant status.
12. Staying updated on regulatory changes and industry developments.
13. where required complete training in LMS to further develop knowledge
