Job Description

Responsibilities

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues as well as basic network connectivity issues, setting up, operating, and troubleshooting AV equipment. Maintaining system documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth system operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems

  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues

  • Troubleshooting basic network connectivity issues

  • Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting AV equipment

  • Maintaining system documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure smooth system operations

About you

  • Recognised Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • 1-2 years of relevant IT experience preferred

  • Resourceful and self-motivated

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Able to keep abreast with technology changes

  • Able to work independently and be part of a team
