About the Role

• We are seeking a results-driven Pre-Sales Manager (IT) to lead solution design, technical presentations, and proposal development.
• This role bridges technical expertise with business strategy, ensuring our IT solutions meet client needs while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops.
• Prepare and present RFP/RFI responses and solution proposals.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify client pain points and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to validate solution feasibility.
• Manage and mentor pre-sales consultants/engineers.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships with IT and business stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or IT business development.
• Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, and enterprise solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Leadership and team management experience.
