We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to work on long and short formats. The editor should be expected to work with on a variety of projects, transforming footage shot by the production team into compelling visual stories based off the project specs.

This role is a full-time one-year contract role.

Responsibilities

Take charge of video ideation and creation.

Able to weave footages to tell a compelling story.

Implement creative notes from stakeholders and clients.

Work closely with team members to understand requirements and communicate the intended creative vision for production.

Organised and attentive in the editing and storage for different content.

Keep up to date with latest video marketing/ social trends.

Qualifications

Diploma in Film, Sound & Video or its equivalent.

Is a team player

Creative, technically inclined

Knowledge of editing principles

Able to work well under pressure

Fast turnaround

Good understanding of social media production

Proficient with various video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Audition, After Effects)

Proficiency in other areas (ie, colour grading, VFX) is a plus.
