Job Description:

• Manage and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Manage the document control process, including the preparation, review, approval, distribution, revision and maintenance of controlled documents.
• Ensure quality policies, procedures, work instructions and quality records are properly maintained and up to date.
• Coordinate and facilitate internal, customer, regulatory and certification audits.
• Monitor and follow up on non-conformities, corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure timely closure.
• Conduct regular reviews of quality processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards, customer requirements and company procedures.
• Maintain proper quality records and documentation to ensure the company is always audit-ready.
• Work closely with relevant departments to ensure effective implementation of quality procedures and requirements.
• Utilise and maintain relevant QMS and document control software systems for quality and compliance tracking.
• Provide support and guidance to relevant departments on quality system and ISO requirements.
• Perform other quality system-related duties and projects as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
