Allowance: RM250.00 (Applicable on 2nd month onwards)

Working Hours: (Monday – Friday) Including Public Holidays

- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- 9.00 AM - 6:00 PM

- 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

- 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Working Location: Bangsar South (Nearby to LRT Kerinchi)

Contract Length: 6 Months Contract (Renewable based on performance)

Job Description

- Responding to and addressing customers' inquiries, service requests, and complaints via all touchpoints regarding TNG Cards and RFID, following the company's Policies and Procedures.

- Handling interactions with professionalism and assessing customers' needs to ensure satisfaction.

- Monitoring and following up on case resolutions, escalating issues to superiors when necessary.

- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools.
