Location: Taman Ekoperniagaan, Johor Bahru (Relocating to Kulai soon)

Salary: RM4,000 – RM5,000

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 7:45am – 5:30pm

Job Description:

• Manage daily facility operations, maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of office and warehouse facilities.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, fire protection, machinery, and other facility systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure utilities such as electricity, internet, and telecommunications are functioning properly.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors for maintenance services, quotations, and repair works.
• Support renovation, upgrading, and facility improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain proper facility records, reports, and documentation.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or related roles.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, fire protection, and preventive maintenance.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and maintenance activities.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
