Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair professional audio and AV equipment.
• Troubleshoot amplifiers, power supplies, PCBs, and electronic circuits.
• Perform component replacement, soldering, and desoldering.
• Conduct testing and final functional checks after repairs.
• Maintain proper repair records and documentation.
• Manage repair-related spare parts and components.
• Identify common equipment faults and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Follow proper electrical and equipment safety procedures.
• Escalate complex or unusual technical issues to the Senior Technician when required.
• Gradually develop the ability to handle day-to-day repairs independently.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in electronics repair or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of electronic components, including transistors, MOSFETs, capacitors, resistors, and diodes.
• Able to use a multimeter and basic oscilloscope.
• Good soldering and desoldering skills.
• Basic PCB and power supply troubleshooting knowledge.
• Understanding of basic amplifier circuits and audio signal flow.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience repairing audio amplifiers, powered speakers, mixers, or PA equipment is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Able to work independently as well as with a technical team.
