JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepare comprehensive technical documents, data summaries, and engineering inputs required for solar PV tender and bidding submissions, including compliance with client specifications, grid codes, and national regulations.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance engineering calculators and digital tools (e.g., solar PV sizing, transformer selection, cable sizing) to support design validation and accelerate proposal preparation.
• Continuously monitor, summarize, and report on the latest government programs, solar incentives (e.g., NEM, LSS, CRESS, GITA), and regulations impacting solar and renewable energy projects. Support internal alignment and proposal compliance.
• Assist in evaluating project feasibility (technical, regulatory, site-based), including system sizing, yield analysis, and performance optimization for rooftop and utility-scale solar projects.
• Analyze and enhance project systems and internal workflows to streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and improve overall project execution and documentation management.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, products, and international best practices related to solar energy, digital engineering, energy efficiency, and decarbonization strategies. Propose innovative concepts for future service offerings.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Possess minimum qualifications of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or a related field.
• Possess essential skills including strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• An individual with a positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Possess proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory, and proficiency in Mandarin would be advantageous.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
