We are seeking a Junior Creative Designer to join our team. As a Junior Creative Designer, you will work closely with our senior creative team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with our brand and messaging. You will be responsible for designing various marketing materials including print and digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, and website designs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Creative Design team with developing creative concepts, designs, and layouts for marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and more.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and contribute to the development of creative solutions.
• Work with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to create high-quality designs.
• Ensure all design work is completed within the project deadlines and meets the internal requirements and expectations.
• Communicate effectively with team members, providing progress updates and taking feedback into consideration.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, bringing new and fresh ideas to the team.
• Work with platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, or other web/e-commerce platforms.
  

Requirements:

• A portfolio showcasing your design work and creativity
• Strong design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus
• Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field is preferred
