* To assist in planning daily arrangements for delivery and collection schedule of drivers according to customer requirement.

* To assist in planning and booking in Port System for drivers.

* To assist and monitor driver movement from time to time for smooth arrangement.

* Updating the details of delivery and collection in System.

* Updating the collection list of details and remarks for driver arrangement.

* Checking and updating the driver works ticket daily for each container and trip.

* Checking on the booking closing for export shipment and monitoring the last day of import shipment.

* Communicate with customer services and customers regarding the delivery or collection information and status.

* Attend any ad-hoc task assigned by the operation head.
