Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for order processing, which includes managing forwarding agents, shipping lines and transportation
• Processing of Purchase Order (PO) in accordance with the required dispatch/shipping dates
• Generate the Delivery Order (DO) and Invoice for delivery
• External communication with customers and their supply chain team to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments
• Supervise and arrange the jobs of the storekeeper related to inventory management
• Any other tasks when assigned by the Warehouse Manager

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any other relevant field.
• Bachelor of Pharmacy degree holders with a valid license registered with the Pharmacy Board Malaysia are highly encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fair knowledge and understanding of the entire Warehouse process and the logistics, supply chain sector.
• Good knowledge of Medical Products and supplies.
• Good skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and excellent numeric accuracy.
• Ability to understand and follow organizational procedures.
• Flexibility under pressure and in response to changing needs.
