Job Description
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
o Maintain a full set of accounts in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
o Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including processing sales, purchases, accounts receivable/payable, and cash disbursements.
o Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
o Monitor outstanding payments and collections; perform regular bank reconciliations.
o Handle quarterly GST submissions and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
o Manage corporate tax matters, including preparing necessary documentation.
o Process vendor payments in a timely and accurate manner.
o Coordinate with external auditors: prepare required documents, respond to audit queries, and support year-end stock take and audit confirmations.
o Undertake any other ad-hoc duties or assignments as required.
Job Requirements:
o Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
o 1–2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
o Proficiency in accounting software; experience with
Epicor
or
AutoCount
is an advantage.
o Meticulous, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
o Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn.

The products we are marketing include indexable carbide inserts, toolholders, milling cutters, boring bars, solid carbide endmills, deburring tools, H.S.S endmills, drill bits, taps and dies, threading and grooving inserts for metal working industries that are involved in metal cutting.
