Hitachi Rail Hiring! Full Time Service Engineer in Kowloon Peninsula, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Deliver Service Training (Operation, Administration and Maintenance) to Customers

• Update associated Technical Training Service documents, including Work Instructions (WI), procedures, workflows, manuals, and other related documentation

• Provide maintenance support for hardware and software fault analysis and resolution

• Investigate hardware and software issues related to DLP projects

• Analyze logs and information collected from sites and provide both short-term and long-term recovery proposals

• Coordinate with the Engineering team to investigate major failures or design defects identified during the DLP and implement all necessary corrective actions.

• Coordinate with suppliers regarding faulty module returns, factory repairs, and improvement actions

• Support all active Customer Service (CS) projects and related initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Computer, Mechanical Engineering or relevant disciplines

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the engineering

• Strong coordination and planning skills, with the ability to work effectively with various parties and subcontractors

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong team-player mindset and customer service orientation

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
