Logistics Assistant – Returns & Warehouse Operations (West Area)

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organised Logistics Assistant to support our returns and warehouse operations. The role involves handling returned goods, updating product status, organising stock and ensuring items are processed according to company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort returned items into restockable, defective or damaged categories
• Check returned goods for quantity, product details and condition
• Label returned products and update their return status
• Organise returned goods according to company procedures
• Store items in designated areas for easy identification and access
• Repack returned items when required for storage or resale
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for returned goods
• Assist with the disposal of goods that cannot be restocked or reused
• Ensure all returns are handled according to company policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized returns and warehouse area
• Assist with general logistics and warehouse duties when required
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• No experience required — training will be provided
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Able to handle repetitive tasks and physical warehouse work
• Basic computer skills for updating records and product status
• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work independently and follow instructions
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment

Pay: $1,800.00 per month
