We are currently looking for passionate individuals to join our team as a Marketing Admin at Shaanxi Trucks Sdn Bhd

Join Yonming and drive excellence in the commercial vehicle industry.

• Handle daily and weekly orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Issue sales invoices, purchase orders, scan documents, and perform general office duties.
• Ensure supplier confirmation of purchase orders and follow up on backorders unsupplied for over three months.
• Provide support for phone calls and emails, managing local and inter-branch orders, invoices, and purchase returns.
• Maintain an organized filing system for both soft and hard copies of documents, ensuring daily completion of filing tasks.
• Maintain company computers, assets, equipment, and the work environment in good working condition, and perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors

Job Requirements: -

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in marketing administration, documentation, coordination, and campaign support is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media, and basic marketing tools.
• Good communication, organizational, multitasking, and administrative skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work flexible hours when required.
• Fresh graduates with relevant marketing/admin background are encouraged to apply..
