Employment Type: 1-Year Renewable Contract
Basic Salary: $2,600 – $2,800
Minimum Qualification: Diploma in IT or relevant discipline

Working Hours

12-hour Rotating Shift | 2 Days Work, 2 Days Off

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Shift schedule will be on a rotational basis.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to daily on-site and off-site technical support, maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
• Provide on-site support for various IT systems, networks and desktop-related issues to ensure services meet the required SLA.
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the Product Team on system enhancements, technical issues and troubleshooting.
• Support day-to-day IT operations and ensure smooth service delivery across supported sites.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in IT or a relevant discipline.
• Experience in Desktop Support is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking.
• Experience in a customer support environment will be an advantage.
• Strong technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Willing to travel to multiple sites when required.
• Willing to work a 12-hour rotating shift on a 2-days-work, 2-days-off schedule, including night shifts.
• Able to work independently and respond effectively to on-site technical issues.

Pay: $2,600.00 - $2,800.00 per month
