Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and acquire new clients in industries such as oil & gas, renewables, maritime, infrastructure, and industrial manufacturing.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including engineering firms, contractors, insurers, and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and service offerings to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client requirements.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to promote company services.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform business strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions using CRM tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management within inspection, testing, certification (ITC), or technical service sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B environments.
• Strong understanding of quality standards, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO, IMO, API, ASME) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Fluent in Local Thai business language..
