Role Description The HR & Admin Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bukit Mertajam. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment and onboarding, and coordinating payroll and benefits-related documentation. The HR & Admin Executive will help implement HR policies and procedures, support employee engagement initiatives, and address routine employee queries in a timely and professional manner. The role also includes general administrative duties such as preparing reports, organizing meetings, managing office supplies, and ensuring proper documentation and filing. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with management and team members to maintain a compliant, efficient, and supportive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with exposure to HR Management and HR Operations.
- Experience in Employee Relations and application of HR Policies to support a fair and compliant workplace.
- Good administrative, documentation, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools, and ability to prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Prior experience in HR or administrative roles; a diploma or degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Malaysian employment laws and regulations is beneficial.
