Our client is a global leader in the design and delivery of delivers complex, large-scale projects for some of the world's leading technology companies. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced architect to work on technically complex, large-scale projects in an international engineering environment.

Job Description:

• Lead architectural projects from conceptual design through implementation, construction, and final handover.
• Ensure designs comply with local authority requirements, building codes, and sustainability targets.
• Prepare tender documentation, including project specifications, Summary of Tender, and Schedule of Rates.
• Act as Work Package Owner (WPO), overseeing package progress, QA/QC coordination, completion, and handover documentation.
• Manage design development in accordance with project Design Checklists and requirements.
• Chair subcontractor progress meetings and weekly client architectural meetings.
• Work closely with QA/QC and compliance teams to ensure construction and supervision align with approved specifications.
• Act as Lead Architect when required, taking on the associated leadership and project responsibilities.
• Mentor and develop junior Architects to build a strong and capable architectural team.
• Ensure Architectural System Supervisors have the latest approved drawings, shop drawings, tender documents, awarded scope, and contractual revisions.
• Coordinate closely with site teams to ensure design intent, scope, and contractual requirements are properly communicated and executed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture, preferably from a university accredited with BOA
• Certifications in Autodesk Revit, BCA Green Mark Manager, BCA Universal Design Assessor, LEED-AP, WELLS-AP, Design for Safety etc. are preferred.
• 3 - 7 years professional architectural experience with 2 years on fast-track projects
• Experience in design and construction of Architectural services systems in both design and construction, preferably with some “Fast Track Project” experience for Semiconductor, Sustainable Energy, Pharmaceutical, Nutrition, Healthcare or Biotech Projects
