Experience you need / About You:

• Degree in Architecture or related design disciplines required.
• Hiring from PMCs, client teams, main contractors, and Tier-1 subs.
• Strong academic backgrounds can stand in for long years on site.
• Clear verbal communication and precise documentation control skills are imperative.
• Understand statutory codes, building specifications, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Nice to have / Bonus:

• PMP / PMI certification
• Data centres experience
• Prior hyperscale or mission-critical facility delivery.
