Job Duties :

• Attend site coordination meetings and manage the respective issues.
• Schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
• Monitor and report periodically on project completion to schedule and budget
• Manage, supervise project tasks with project team, Site Supervisors and sub-contractors. Ensure complete preparation to allow smooth project execution and meet planned schedule.
• To verify all subcontractor claims as per time frame set.
• Liaise and follow up closely with relevant authorities to ensure all approval, licenses, permit and clearance letters are obtained timely.
• To ensure defects being follow up and recorded.
• Initiative, results orientated, problems analytical and solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• To liaise with the project team and inter departments to ensure all info and documents are in order.
• Carry out other duties as directed by the management.

Skills and experience required :

• Engineering degree or equivalent with a strong proven track record.
• Minimum of 10 years in project management experience in building construction or infrastructure
• Experience with engaging, managing and handling authorities and technical departments
• Committed to complete the projects allocated with excellence, reliable and technically strong.
• Successful candidate will be located at Batu Pahat, Johor

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
