We are looking for a responsible, organized and people-oriented

HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

to join our growing company.

Full-Time



Salary:
$3,000–$5,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications



Availability:
Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred



Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily HR and administrative matters
• Manage employee records, leave and attendance
• Manage recruitment, interviews and employee onboarding
• Prepare employment contracts, letters and other HR documentation
• Handle payroll, CPF submissions and related matters
• Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations
• Coordinate employee training and welfare matters
• Assist management with HR policies, performance and disciplinary matters
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee information
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

At least 2 years of relevant HR experience preferred

Familiar with Singapore HR practices and employment regulations

Proficient in HR and payroll systems, preferably

Adaptive Pay and Infotech

Responsible, trustworthy and detail-oriented

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently and handle confidential information

Proactive, organized and able to multitask effectively
