• 5 Days office hours (8:30am to 5:30pm)
• Tampines

Your Responsibilities: -

• Manage customer service operations by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints and claims, and providing timely support through phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Manage customer orders by processing purchase orders, coordinating stock allocation, and arranging timely delivery to meet customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, meetings, feedback monitoring, and proactive engagement, including recommending relevant products.
• Monitor and improve customer service performance by preparing monthly reports, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the implementation of service policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and support continuous improvement initiatives and other assigned projects.

You will need: -

• Diploma in any discipline
• Competency in using SAP/S4 Hana SD module
• Willing to travel overseas 1-2 times a year
