Neutrovis Hiring! Full Time Customer Service Executive in Selangor - Ricebowl

•      Process accurate and timely entry of customer orders

•      Follow up closely on order and delivery to meet customer request date

•      Coordinate with outbound team for daily delivery

•      Coordinate with respective department in monitoring order status/delivery status from time to time

•      Coordination with sales admin or sales team on delivery, billing and all other issues after order is processed

•      Follow up open sales order (reason of rejection) to ensure no open sales orders are left unattended

•      Coordinate and arrange with transporter/logistics on timely delivery of goods and to swiftly resolve delivery disputes and product discrepancy, if any

•      Coordinate and arrange with transporter/logistics for collection of customer goods return

•      Process customer goods return and follow up on the status from time to time

•      Ensure complete and accurate documentation and timely compilation of proof of delivery (POD) documents and record keeping. Match and file all corresponding documents in an orderly manner to ensure quick retrieval.

•      To carry out other duty as assigned

•      Compliance/adhere to all Standard Operating Procedure/policies established by the company
