Job Title: Account Assistant
Department: Finance & Accounts

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting and finance activities.
• Handle invoices, payments, receipts and related documents.
• Perform data entry and maintain proper accounting records.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and monthly closing.
• Prepare reports and documents as required.
• Perform any other accounting duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 per week
