Responsibilities

Show & Audience Growth

• Plan and run a regular live schedule with themed shows and product highlights that build a loyal audience and drive showroom visits.
• Use clear calls to action during streams to capture leads and guide viewers toward test rides or purchases.
• Align promotions with seasonal demand and product launches to boost viewer interest and conversions.
• Monitor live chat to capture common questions and shape future show topics.

Content Production & Platform Ops

• Create short-form videos, photos and on-platform assets using mobile-first tools like CapCut and simple studio gear.
• Edit and format content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, Shopee and Lazada to increase reach and marketplace conversion.
• Upload show clips, thumbnails and product pages, keeping visuals and messaging consistent across channels.
• Track basic metrics such as views, engagement and conversion uplift to inform content choices.

Events & Cross-team Support

• Host live segments at product launches, roadshows and showroom events and represent our team with a professional presence.
• Co-create scripts and run rehearsals with marketing to refine on-camera delivery and product messaging.
• Log leads and viewer questions into our CRM and hand over qualified leads to sales for timely follow-up.
• Collect session feedback and report performance metrics so management can measure campaign impact.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in live hosting, social media or content creation is an advantage.
• Comfortable and confident presenting on camera with a friendly, customer-focused style.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays as required for streams and events.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Familiar with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and marketplace platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
• Basic video editing skills using mobile tools like CapCut and experience with simple studio gear.
• Practical knowledge of preparing thumbnails, short clips and formatted product listings for marketplaces.
• Able to log leads and session notes in a CRM and track simple performance metrics.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, able to explain product features clearly.
• Creative, energetic and outgoing with a genuine passion for motorcycles and rider culture.
• Team player who accepts feedback, rehearses regularly and collaborates with sales and merchandising.
• Organised, punctual and comfortable managing live interactions under pressure.

In this role you will build and scale our live commerce presence by designing energetic shows, short videos and platform-specific promotions that generate leads and sales. You will combine product knowledge, friendly presentation and basic production to grow our online audience and support showroom conversions.

• Create short videos, photos and on-platform assets using mobile-first tools like CapCut and simple studio gear to keep content fresh and shareable. Format and edit content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shopee and Lazada to broaden reach and improve conversion on marketplace pages.
• Engage viewers in real time with friendly product demos, prompt answers to enquiries, and straightforward guidance for test rides or purchases. Log viewer questions and leads into our CRM so sales can follow up quickly and we can refine future shows and offers.
• Support product launches, roadshows and promotional events by co-creating scripts, hosting live segments and representing the brand on-site. Collect live feedback and report session metrics so management can measure campaign performance and customer interest.
• Develop your presentation and on-camera skills with regular feedback sessions and practical rehearsal time from our marketing team. Gain cross-functional exposure to merchandising, online sales operations and event planning to grow into broader live commerce or marketing roles.
