1. Supervise & check the compliance of the QA incoming & Final Release Inspection (FRI) activities and record.

2. Monitor and supervise the handling of non-conformance lot at incoming and outgoing stage.

3. Monitor & supervise housekeeping activities in QA area, and the record respectively.

4. To ensure watertight room runs in its optimum condition and compliance to procedure.

5. Check any new artwork arises from EDT, prepare and perform packaging evaluation before submitting it to superior.

6. Update performance summary weekly report.

7. Check and verify weekly cleaning records.

8. Update retainer record and shelf-life record temperature.

9. Compile and prepare reports for shelf-life study.

10. Check monthly supplier performance with incoming data.

11. Confirm data in monthly report prior submit to clerk, maintained NCIR Log-sheet.

12. Compile data for 2nd grade, industrial grade and scrap quantity.

13. Coordinate and verified stock take activity and record.

14. Coordinate the sample requisition arise from marketing and supervise the sample preparation activities.

15. Attend customer external inspection when required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or with gloves related experience or higher.
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory level, knowledge in gloves environment is added advantage.
• Disciplined, positive attitude, initiative & must be hands-on.
• Communicate well with superior and subordinates.
• Able to manage & supervise a group of Department Leaders / Assistants / Operators to achieve set objectives.
• Able to furnish relevant reports on-time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
