TEST ENGINEER
About the Role
Zero-Error Systems (ZES) is seeking a Test Engineer to support the engineering team in electronic and semiconductor hardware/software installation, product prototyping, troubleshooting, testing and product logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and maintain electronic hardware, test platforms, equipment, and software for product development and testing.
Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing to verify the functionality and performance of ZES products.
Assist with troubleshooting and failure analysis during product development and verification.
Work closely with the engineering team on hardware testing, verification, and product qualification activities.
Maintain test data, engineering records, technical documentation, and laboratory equipment.
Support the logistics, inventory, maintenance, and delivery of engineering equipment, components, and products.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
2 - 3 years of relevant hands-on engineering experience in PCB CAD layout and soldering is preferred.
Fresh degree or diploma graduates are welcome to apply, with training provided.
Familiarity with Altium or KiCad electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators/analyzers.
Basic knowledge of semiconductor components, electronic hardware, software, microcontrollers, and embedded systems.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware and software platforms.
Strong interest in microchip-based hardware and hands-on engineering work.
