About the role

Your Physio Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Business Operation Executive to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for someone who is willing to spend time exploring the use of AI in the world of operations.

What you'll be doing

Operational Support

• Support the Head of Operations across business development, outlet operations, and licensing workflows as needed

• Help track outlet upkeep, renovation progress, and operational compliance.

• Assist in coordinating operational projects from planning through implementation.

• Actively manage on outstanding operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Assist with ad-hoc operational projects as the business grows

Management Reporting & Decks

• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports and management presentation decks

• Turn outlet performance data into clear, actionable insights — not just tables, but the story behind the numbers

• Maintain operational dashboards and trackers

• Own the rhythm of weekly and monthly management meetings — agenda, materials, minutes, and follow-through on action items

• Ensure decisions made in meetings are tracked and closed out

Area Manager Coordination

• Act as the coordination point between the Head of Operations and our area managers

• Follow up to ensure outlet reporting is submitted accurately and on time

• Surface gaps, delays, or issues to the Head of Operations for action

What we're looking for

• 0–2 years of experience — fresh graduates welcome; retail, F&B, or multi-outlet chain operations experience is a strong advantage

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills — you can build a pivot table, clean messy data, and produce a clean management deck

• Field-based and street-comfortable — you enjoy working with travelling across sites and meeting vendors.

• Organised and proactive — you chase things down and close loops without being told twice

• Good communicator — comfortable following up with people more senior than you, professionally and without friction

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, Administration, or any related field

• Growth-minded — you want a career in operations, not just a desk job
