Hengyuan Refining Company Hiring! Full Time Executive, Treasury in WP Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive, Treasury to join our Treasury & Cash team. The successful candidate will support treasury operations, cash flow management, banking activities, foreign exchange transactions and financial reporting to ensure the company maintains healthy liquidity and effective financial operations.

• Execute fund transfers and foreign exchange transactions through bank portals.

• Coordinate weekly and additional payments with internal stakeholders.

• Perform foreign exchange confirmations and maintain accurate transaction records.

• Prepare LC balance reports and update weekly LC planning.

• Manage the issuance of Import Letters of Credit (LC) for crude, MTBE and margin calls.

• Handle Export LC presentations and related documentation.

• Perform call-backs to validate vendor bank account details for new and existing vendors.

• Monitor and manage Bank Guarantees (BG), including renewal follow-ups.

• Follow up on credit card statements and related claims.

• Monitor and follow up on bank statements.

• Ensure RC/MTN interest top-up and DSRA build-up are completed as required.

• Prepare banking forms, bank tokens and bank portal registration documents.

• Maintain good working relationships with banks, internal stakeholders, auditors and relevant parties.

• Perform other treasury-related and ad hoc assignments as required.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Finance, Banking or a similar role.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of cash management, banking operations and foreign exchange.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience in the oil and gas industry or a corporate treasury environment will be an added advantage.
