Overview
Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire production planning process to ensure smooth operations, timely delivery, and efficient resource utilization. This senior role involves strategic planning, coordination across multiple departments, and leadership in resolving production challenges to meet organizational goals.

Experience

• 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in production planning, control, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing or industrial setup
• Proven experience in leading end-to-end production planning, including demand forecasting scheduling, material planning, and capacity management.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional coordination among departments like procurement, quality, logistics, and operations.
• Experience handling high-mix, low-volume or high-volume, low-mix production environments (as applicable to the industry).
• Track record of mentoring junior team members and improving planning processes and team productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc).
• Good understanding of production workflows, inventory control, and supply chain management principles.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
