Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused individual to join our retail team. The successful candidate will help create a welcoming shopping environment while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service and provide a pleasant shopping experience.
Assist with daily store operations and general retail activities.
Maintain an organized, attractive, and customer-friendly store environment.
Ensure merchandise, shelves, and product displays are clean, properly arranged, and in excellent condition.
Perform cashier duties and handle customer transactions when required.
Conduct stock counts, replenish merchandise, and support inventory control activities.
Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and a safe environment for customers and employees.
Support the team with other store-related duties as required.
Work according to the retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays when necessary.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a friendly and approachable personality.
Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Outgoing, energetic, and positive attitude.
Organized and attentive to detail.
Willing to learn and take on different responsibilities.
Flexible and comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
