Job description:

• Coordinate import and export shipments with customers, shipping lines, agents and hauliers.
• Monitor shipment schedules, container movement, customs clearance and delivery arrangements.
• Prepare and check shipping documents, including Booking Confirmation, BL, SI and customs documents.
• Update customers on shipment status and follow up on any issues or delays.
• Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Issue invoices to customers accurately and on time.
• Ensure shipment documents are complete and properly maintained.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in shipping/logistics is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
