Job Summary

Join Beehive Fulfillment as a Warehouse Operations Executive to support e-commerce warehousing and logistics through efficient inventory handling, order fulfillment, and coordination with delivery partners.

Responsibilities

Operate the Warehouse Management System on computer and handheld device (training will be provided)

Receive incoming shipments, check quantity and condition of items received

Label products where required and put away at designated locations of the warehouse

Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency

Coordinate with couriers and external delivery service providers to facilitate smooth dispatch or receipt of parcels /shipments

Manage online shops as required

Office administrative duties

Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Prior work experience in e-commerce warehouse or logistics industry is an advantage

Proficient use of MS Office applications to support operational tasks

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as a team player

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while taking ownership of assigned tasks
