Soul Delicacies Hiring! Full Time PROCUREMENT MANAGER in Southeast (Singapore), Earn up to SGD 4,500 - Ricebowl

As a Procurement Manager in the F&B industry, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day purchasing activities and working closely with suppliers and the operations team to make sure we get the right products, at the right quality and price, and delivered on time.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Assist in implementing procurement strategies to improve sourcing, pricing, and overall supply chain efficiency.
• Support the evaluation of potential suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and build good working relationships with key suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and make sure suppliers meet the required quality, delivery, and service standards.
• Handle daily purchasing activities, including sourcing new products and managing supplier quality issues when required.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers, check the details, and prepare purchase requisitions for approval.
• Regularly check the quality of incoming goods and ensure all products meet the required regulatory and industry standards.
• Source, select, appoint, and evaluate service vendors based on the organization's needs, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate costing information and keep the approved vendor list updated.-Assist with F&B internal audits and support kitchen-related matters when required.
• Process and follow up on purchase orders, including receiving and checking them as needed.
• Prepare weekly procurement and purchasing reports.
• Work closely with the operations team on day-to-day issues and ensure that product and service standards are consistently maintained.
• Keep purchase order records and supplier documentation properly updated and organized.
• Perform other ad-hoc purchasing, administrative, and operational duties as assigned.
