Job Summary:

Prosegur Singapore is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Administrator with the rank of SSO to join our esteemed team at the Marina Bay location. This role is crucial for maintaining the safety and security of our premises and personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, managing access control, conducting patrols, and providing exceptional customer service to all individuals within the facility. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced security professional looking to contribute to a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surveillance Monitoring: Actively monitor Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems to detect and respond to any security breaches, suspicious activities, or emergencies in real-time.
• Clocking and Access Control: Oversee and manage employee clocking systems to ensure accurate attendance records. Control and manage access to designated areas, verifying identities and authorizations.
• Patrols and Rounds: Conduct regular and thorough patrols of the premises to identify potential security hazards, enforce safety regulations, and deter unauthorized activities. Document all patrol findings and report any discrepancies or issues.
• Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service and assistance to employees, visitors, and clients. Respond to inquiries, provide directions, and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Incident Response: Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies according to established protocols. This may include first aid, crowd control, or liaising with emergency services.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all activities, incidents, and observations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports as required.
• Security Protocols: Enforce all company security policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with security team members, management, and other relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
• Must hold the rank of SSO (Senior Security Officer) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in operating CCTV monitoring systems and other security equipment.
• Strong understanding of security procedures, protocols, and emergency response.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to perform rotating 8-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physical fitness to perform patrol duties and stand for extended periods.
• A valid security license is mandatory.
