Job Summary

Join our AI-powered smart cooking F&B concept as a Cashier / Front-of-House Service Crew, delivering excellent customer service and supporting smooth daily operations using advanced automated cooking technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with ordering and answering menu inquiries to enhance customer experience
• Operate POS and cashier systems accurately to process cash, card, and electronic payments efficiently
• Pack takeaway orders and prepare cutlery, sauces, and condiments for timely customer handover
• Coordinate with the kitchen and AI smart cooking operation team to ensure order accuracy and prompt service
• Replenish front-counter supplies and packaging materials to maintain service readiness
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier and service areas to ensure a safe and pleasant environment
• Provide friendly and efficient service during peak periods to support smooth outlet operations
• Stand for extended periods during shifts to maintain continuous service delivery

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous cashier, F&B, retail, or customer service experience to support effective role performance
• Comfortable using POS systems and digital payment methods to handle transactions smoothly
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Friendly, responsible, punctual, and service-oriented attitude to foster positive customer interactions
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet operational demands
• No prior experience with AI cooking equipment required; training provided on AI-powered smart kitchen systems and workflows

Working Hours Full-Time

• Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Salary S$2,500 – S$3,200
