At Aihome, healthy inventory means healthy cash flow. We do not need a basic admin who just blindly forwards Purchase Orders to suppliers. We are looking for a sharp, commercially-minded Procurement & Inventory Executive to take absolute control of our supplier relationships, product pricing, and stock health. If you do not know how to negotiate, spot a billing error, or aggressively clear out aging stock, do not apply.

THE MANDATE: You are the gatekeeper of our products and our profit margins. Your job is to ensure we buy at the best price, sell at the right price, and never let dead stock sit in our warehouse eating up capital.

WHAT YOU MUST DELIVER:

• Supplier Command: You manage all supplier orders. You hunt down the latest monthly price lists, update our internal systems, and ruthlessly verify supplier billing to ensure we are never overcharged.
• Margin & Price Management: You don't just buy; you help us sell. You constantly update our retail selling prices based on new supplier costs to ensure our profit margins remain protected.
• Inventory & Consignment Master: You maintain total visibility over our stock. You strictly manage all supplier consignment stock agreements, ensuring accurate reporting and preventing discrepancies.
• Aging Stock Clearance: You hate dead stock. You proactively identify slow-moving or aging inventory and work with the sales team to execute aggressive clearance strategies before the tech becomes obsolete.
• Warranty & RMA Enforcement: You own the reverse logistics. When a smart home product fails, you manage the warranty claims and push the suppliers for fast replacements so our customers aren't left waiting.

NON-NEGOTIABLES (Who You Are):

• Commercially Ruthless: You treat the company's money like your own. You will happily argue with a supplier over a RM5.00 billing discrepancy because it is the principle of accuracy.
• Highly Analytical: You live in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems. You can look at an inventory aging report and immediately spot which products are becoming a liability.
• Detail-Obsessed: You never assume a price list is correct. You verify everything.
• Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is highly preferred for negotiating directly with hardware suppliers).

HOW YOU WIN (Your KPIs):

• Aging Stock Reduction: The percentage of slow-moving inventory you successfully clear out each quarter.
• Billing & Cost Accuracy: Achieving zero discrepancies between supplier invoices and agreed-upon price lists.
• Warranty Turnaround Time: How fast you can resolve RMA claims with suppliers.

A Final Note from the Founder: "Retail is a game of margins and inventory velocity. If we buy poorly or let stock age, we lose. I need a guardian for my supply chain who is obsessed with accuracy and keeping the stock moving. You will be dealing with complex consignment deals, daily price fluctuations, and strict warranty processes. If you want an easy data-entry job, look elsewhere.
