- Assist the management team in planning, organising, and overseeing daily operational activities to meet organisational goals effectively.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of maintenance and repair projects.
- Support the implementation of quality control measures, safety protocols, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Analyse operational data to identify areas for process optimisation and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate communication between various departments, clients, and external partners to promote seamless cooperation.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to project progress, resource allocation, and operational performance for senior management review.
- Contribute to training and development efforts by mentoring junior staff and promoting best practices.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Management, or related fields is preferred, with minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role, preferably within maintenance, repair, or engineering service environments.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards relevant to the maintenance and engineering industry.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and software for project management and reporting.
