Job Description

Responsibilities

The role will be a key driver for transformation, projects, or the initiatives from Group to accelerate innovation and elevate operational excellence through developing and deploying AI capabilities or facilitate the group strategy of Centers of Excellence (COE). It also aims to ensure resiliency and standardization. This role will also be the key counterpart of Group Ops Capability Centre (GOCC).


Key Responsibilities

  • Align with Group GOCC on location Gen AI initiatives, prioritization, justification, new ideas sharing etc, and engage local key stakeholders in driving projects
  • Explore and drive Gen AI-led Ops transformation across all Ops functions including Agentic solutions especially for solutions developed by regional team.
  • Supporting Ops functions in end-to-end Gen AI operationalization and front them in securing necessary approvals for go-live, co-pilot, etc, i.e. RDU, location council etc.
  • Advanced Ops AI capabilities via targeted training and innovation culture
  • Enhance automation capabilities through testing automation, bulk testing in sandbox and implement Doc AI as a service
  • Support seniors in implementing COE setups or driving the Operating Model Transformation
  • Collaborate with the key stakeholders to clarify and prioritize requirements, working closely with the Regional, Gen AI, ROPO teams to facilitate the development, testing, and implementation of Gen AI solutions, including SIT, UAT, and system enhancements.
Experiment and develop use cases for future-ready technology to improve customer experience.

    Qualifications and Experience

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in banking industry, preferably with experience in project management and.

    Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to act swiftly in critical situations.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
    • Innovation-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
    • Proficiency in adopting and implementing emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
