Key Accountabilities:

Assist in overseeing the daily operation of the Baggage & Transportation team.

Coordinate guest transfers, luggage handling, and transportation arrangements.

Ensure smooth operations across Airport, Forecourt, Driver, and Baggage teams.

Support manpower planning, roster management, training, and team development.

Handle guest enquiries and resolve service issues professionally.

General Requirement:

Diploma holder, preferably in Hospitality or Hotel Management.

Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in hotel operations or guest services.

Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; Shiji knowledge is an advantage.
