Role Description The Senior Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Selangor, Malaysia. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The Senior Sales Executive will conduct client meetings and presentations, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and follow up to close sales. The role includes monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with internal teams such as operations and engineering to ensure solutions meet client requirements. The Senior Sales Executive will also prepare regular sales forecasts and reports, support post-sale account management, and represent the company at industry events and customer visits.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in B2B sales, business development, and key account management within industrial, automation, or technology-related sectors.
• Proficiency in consultative selling, solution-based selling, and negotiation, with the ability to understand and present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships, manage pipelines, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Solid communication and presentation skills, including preparing clear proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
• Comfortable working on-site and visiting customer locations across Selangor and other regions as required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities and work independently.
• Experience using CRM systems and basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, email).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; relevant industry experience can be considered in place of formal education.
• Knowledge of the Malaysian industrial and manufacturing landscape is an advantage; multilingual abilities are beneficial.
• Commitment to ethical sales practices, collaborative teamwork, and continuous learning about products and market developments.
