Main Tasks

Order Administration for Machines, Retrofit/Modules

• Verification of customer Purchase Orders against quotation terms and follow up with Sales in case of discrepancies
• Dispatch order in SAP and Order Confirmation to customer
• Continuous monitoring, updating of orders and liasing with factory for shipment
• Creation of delivery paper (after receipt of shipment release)

Billings

• Issuance of Invoice for downpayments, for goods shipped, and debit memo requests.

Reporting and Data Maintenance

• Continuous maintenance of Warranty Data in SAP (Final Acceptances)
• Data maintenance in SAP and Lotus Notes and ensuring the availability and accuracy of Reporting Tools for Order Processing tracking purposes & organizational interests

Miscellaneous

• Tracking of Demo Equipment Movement
• Shipment coordination and execution of Equipment from SG site
• Deputy role within the department

Education

Diploma in Business Administration

Work experience

• 4-5 years of working experience,
• Preferably in Order Processing/Sales Order Desk in International Environment

Expertise and methodology

Good knowledge of SAP Hana S4 (SD- and MM Module)

• Good user knowledge of standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
