Responsibilities

• Manage client advertising projects from briefing and resource planning through production and delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Servicing and Editorial teams to manage schedules, resources and deliverables.
• Lead editorial and video projects, including concept development, proposals, story flow, client briefings and production.
• Manage advertising schedules and projects for magazines, feature stories and supplements.
• Oversee team operations, resolve workflow issues and build a reliable freelance network.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and output.
• Review project performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in client project management and editorial content development; experience in finance, property or business is an advantage.
• Strong editorial skills and proven video production/project management experience.
• Experience managing a small team and freelance resources.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proactive, resourceful and responsible, with strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.
• Familiar with online culture and passionate about creating engaging content.
