Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description
Reading, interpreting and/or executing various machining works using CNC Machines

Operating and setup of CNC machines

Prepare and update of CNC programs

Determine and program size of batches, speed of machine etc.

Perform machine troubleshooting, periodic preventive maintenance of all machines

Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects

Performs cleaning and maintaining of 5S practices

Set up machines as shown in the drawings and job specs.

Install the right tooling, fixtures, and workpieces.

Maintain housekeeping standards at the workstation.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

At least 3 years relevant experience
